DESCRIPTION:3-Day HEAT Course (Theory\, Field Training\, and Full Day Testing Exercise)  \nThis intensive\, three-day Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) course blends modern\, adult-learning sessions with hands-on field scenarios.   \nDay 1 covers Travel Risk Management\, Personal Safety\, Operational and Information Security (OpSec/InfoSec)\, Armed Aggressor Response\, Targeted Populations Risk Awareness\, SOGIESC-based Risk Awareness\, Crisis-Point Leadership\, Mental Health First Aid\, and Pre-hospital Casualty Stabilization theory.   \nDay 2 combines theory from Day 1 with practical training sessions in Actions-On Direct and Indirect Fire\, Explosive Risk Awareness\, Comportment at Checkpoints\, Situational Awareness\, Passenger Emergency Driving Techniques\, Escaping Restraints\, Introduction to Self Defense\, Detention and Kidnap Survival\, and Pre-hospital Casualty Stabilization exercises.   \nDay 3 builds on Days 1 & 2 with a full day of immersive exercise and testing. Participants plan and execute a work trip in a local (training) environment\, facing high-pressure scenarios that are designed to test their decision-making\, leadership\, and operational readiness under stress.
