Before joining Sigma7 as Chairman, Charles was co-founder and vice chairman of management consultancy Oliver, Wyman & Co where he specialized in strategy and risk management for leading investment banks, asset managers and market utilities.

Holding several other prior positions as a strategic advisor on financial services to Warburg Pincus and distressed debt fund Silver Point Capital, as a member of the board at investment bank Canaccord Genuity and currently, as a director of insurance risk exchange, AkinovA, and film securitization fund MCT, Charles brings an exceptional level of experience, knowledge, and expertise to our leadership team.

Owen joined Sigma7 as CEO following more than two decades working in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to his leadership role with Sigma7, Owen held senior positions at Marakon Associates and Standard Chartered Bank before moving to Aon where he left as the Chief Executive Officer for their entire Asia operation. He also served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for five years.

Owen’s inclusive and dynamic leadership and expertise in strategy and organization design are critical to our rapidly scaling company as it embarks on its next phase of growth.

Andy is accountable for technology at Sigma7. He has a Technology career spanning 25 years across a spectrum of early-stage, growth-phase, and large global corporations. Over that time, he has established a track record of launching successful new products, leading acquisitions and driving operational improvements across a multitude of verticals. Andy has held senior roles in Lloyds Banking Group, Zurich Insurance, Capgemini and Cyberfort Group, as well as in Private Equity, both in-fund and portfolio companies.

Andrew leads the integrated risk management practice which includes risk management program strategy, enterprise risk management (ERM), supply chain risk, and resiliency program design and implementation, to support a range of clients, with a strong focus on life science and chemicals.

Prior to joining Sigma7, Andrew was a managing director at Marsh and co-founded Core Risks Ltd, which was acquired by JLT in 2014. Previously, he spent 8 years as a Risk Manager at Sanofi Aventis, and was an insurance broker at J&H Marsh and Risk Engineer at FM.

With almost three decades of experience in the forensic accounting industry, Sharon co-founded one of the companies acquired by Sigma7 in 2022 – RWH Myers. She specializes in complex loss calculations for predominantly multinational corporate policyholders.

Sharon has provided investigative accounting services for litigation throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe, and is a frequent speaker on business interruption and property claims to the insurance and legal community.

Ambrose co-founded Alaco in 2002 alongside his long-term business partner and colleague, Amy Lashinsky.

His clients include banks, corporations, law firms and private investors, with whom he works on a full range of issues, from due diligence to fraud investigations. Ambrose has been involved in some of the most high-profile asset tracing cases of the past few decades, bringing an exceptional level of experience and expertise to the Sigma7 team.

With nearly two decades of experience, Cardin brings a proven record of building high-performance risk engineering practices. He began his career at FM Global as a risk consultant and account engineer before launching Paragon’s Canadian operation in 2014, where he managed several of the firm’s most complex client portfolios. In his new role, Cardin will leverage Sigma7’s tech-forward threat intelligence platform and the expertise of more than 200 engineers to deliver measurable resilience outcomes for clients operating in dynamic risk environments.

Chris co-founded RWH Myers (now Sigma7 Complex Claims & Valuations), an independent forensic accounting firm in the United States. Since its acquisition by Sigma7, Chris has continued to use his extensive experience in performing business interruption values quantification and exposure studies for Fortune 500 clients. He specializes in forensic accounting and white-collar crime investigations, and provides litigation support services to attorneys, including expert witness testimony.

Kumu Kumar

A former chartered chemical engineer working in industry for a decade, including Life Sciences, Kumu moved into Risk Engineering in 2003.  Initially at Royal & SunAlliance (RSA), becoming leader of a team of specialists servicing the London Energy Market.  Moving to Marsh Risk Consulting in 2012, he led the risk engineering team, improving financial performance over 3 years.  In 2015, Zurich asked him to lead the large UK Risk Engineering team, where he helped to pioneer its transition to a consultancy, with Zurich Resilience Solutions launched in 2021.  Since then he grew the team and business via efficiency improvement, diversification and building elite customer service.  Joining Sigma7 in 2025, Kumu brings a wealth of experience in leading remote service teams, with a focus on quality service and customer centricity.

Steven joined having spent five years leading complex projects in support of corporate and private equity clients operating around the world across a range of sectors including: energy, commodities, pharmaceuticals, banking, and IT. He previously spent eight years working in intelligence and foreign policy for the British government, and led teams in the Ministry of Defense, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the Cabinet Office with a focus on the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. Steven holds a BA in History from the University of Stirling, an MA in History from the University of Glasgow, and a further qualification from Kings College London.
